Karthikeyan does the pooja for his father Lord Shiva when the old man comes again. The old man asks to handover all the things that Karthikeyan would get after the pooja. Karthikeyan accept to give to the old man when the old man turns out to be Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva blesses the Lingam's that was made by Karthikeyan. Lord Shiva and his sons returns to Kailayam.
