Lakshmi goes to meet her father. Lakshmi's father tells her that because of grinding the ocean all his wealth is lost. Lakshmi's father tell her that her sisters also wants to marry Lord Vishnu. Karthikeyan trains Ganesan. Lakshmi's sisters pray to Lord Vishnu that they will commit suicide as their penance has not worked yet.
