Krishnan and Arjunan crosses a village and sees a glimpse of his life. Arjunan and Krishnan arrive at Kundanapuram. Krishnan asks Arjunan to accompany him to help him marry Rukmani. Krishnan tells Arjunan that they will go in disguise to save Rukmani. Krishnan disguises as a shepherd Gopalan and Arjunan as his sister Brihannalai.
